Daily Devotion : God Saw Everything He Made And It Was Good

Good Morning …! Praise the LORD …!

Today’s meditation is taken from Genesis 1:31: “God saw all that he had made, and it was very Good.

If we look at overall God’s creation of the universe, we can understand God’s sovereignty power and glory. As finite human beings few things were beyond our minds. One important thing in the creation is “God created everything through Word and he declared everything was good “.

Psalm 145:9 “The LORD is good to all, and His mercies are over all His works”

What an amazing God we have, He created everything perfectly for Good and gave us. God not only brought order to his creation. God approved his work of creation. At every step along the way, we read the repeated refrain, “And God saw that it was good.” That means not only was each individual step good, but that the process itself was good and when God finished creating man and woman.

Genesis 1:31: “God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning — the sixth day.”

God not only approved each individual step in the process of creation, but when he had finished creating, he stepped back and looked at it all, and said, “It is good. It is very good!” God put his own stamp of approval on his work of creation.

1 Timothy 4:4 “For every creation of God is good, and nothing that is received with thanksgiving should be rejected,”

One man compared it to the time he decided he wanted to raise fish. He said “The first thing we did was to go out and buy an aquarium. We also had to get supplies - Stones, Aerator, Filter System and a background for the aquarium. We took everything home - put the aerator and filter system in, filled the bottom of the aquarium with stones, put the background on it and filled it with water. Then, we went and bought some fish - brought them home – put them in the aquarium and sat and watched them all die.
Why did they die? Because the water wasn’t properly treated with certain chemicals. The fish needed an environment that would support their life.

In the same way, God was very particular on how He built our environment on this planet. Today we are still surviving in this world is just because He created everything perfect and good.

Psalm 145:10 “All Your works shall give thanks to You, O LORD, And Your godly ones shall bless You “

Today if you are ready to give your life to Him, the very same God who created this universe is ready to build your life with perfect and Good.

GOD BLESS YOU
