Good Morning …! Praise the LORD …!
Today’s meditation is
taken from Galatians 6: 2 “Carry each
other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
Burden is common in
each and everyone’s life. Some have physical burdens like sickness, physically challenged,
some have spiritual burdens like sin, not able to pray and read bible or some
demonic spirits ruling his/her life .Some have emotional burdens like depression
,anxiety , failure , financial loss, job loss etc . Scripture says “Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you
will fulfill the law of Christ.”
It’s very important to
bear each other’s burdens. When a fellow believer stumbles and falls into sin rather
than pointing accusing fingers or shooting our wounded, we should reach down
and give them a helping hand to lift them up, and help them get back on track.
We are supposed to encourage/strengthen one another when it comes to faults and
failures.
If we found anyone of
our fellow has burden or problem, we should reach to person and try to help in
lifting up their life; it could be financial help, Job, moral help, spiritual
help etc.
Yes, it’s difficult to carry some other’s burden because we have our own bag of burdens. But if we develop that attitude, in this way we will fulfill the law of Christ. Bearing a burden for someone else is an entirely self-sacrificing, unselfish thing. You’re generally doing something you have not been obligated to do, it takes your time and your effort, and it relieves the load entirely or almost entirely from someone else.
If we learn to carry
each other’s burden then the relationship between them will gets strong as well
as the church community, society community. It helps to build trust on each others.
Most importantly the law is fulfilled. “You shall love your neighbor as
yourself”
Just take your time
and ask yourself, if you are not doing, try to learn today.
GOD BLESS YOU
